Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of digital products sold through merchants using the Cortex platform. The seller of record for each purchase is the business listed on the checkout page, not Cortex itself.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product materially fails to perform as described, or if you have not yet accessed or downloaded the delivered content. Refund eligibility for accessed content is at the seller's discretion.
3. How to request a refund
Email the seller directly using the contact details in your delivery email. If you cannot reach the seller, email support@cortex.dev and we will forward your request and follow up.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. When a seller issues a refund through their payment processor, your access to any delivered content is revoked automatically.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact the seller (or us) before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access to delivered content.
