1. Information we collect

Account info — name, email, and credentials you provide at signup.
Business data — the products, funnels, ads, customers, and analytics you create or import while using the Service.
Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, and similar telemetry needed to operate and improve the Service.
Payment info — processed by Stripe and other providers; we never store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process payments and deliver products on your behalf.
To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of vetted processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI). These processors only access data as needed to provide their service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors listed above, with parties you explicitly authorize (e.g. the ad platforms you connect), or when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; some data may be retained in backups for a limited window or as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email support@cortex.dev to exercise these rights.

7. Security

Sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens, payment provider keys) are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS). No system is perfectly secure; we do not guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
